Tyler Curtis is a Chicago born-and-raised, Los Angeles–based photographer, painter, and multidisciplinary artist whose cinematic images and immersive films tell stories of music, culture, and human connection.
His career began as a former nightclub bartender capturing Chicago’s nightlife in the early 2000s and quickly evolved into a career creating indelible imagery for some of the world’s most recognizable artists, brands, world leaders, and institutions—including Paul McCartney, two sitting POTUS, Manchester United Football Club, Nine Inch Nails, Fender Guitars, Delta Airlines, Four Seasons Hotels, Wolk-Morais, Universal Pictures, Paramount Picutres, and many more.
Beyond his commercial and editorial work, Curtis’s career has long intersected with philanthropy—providing creative services for The Boys & Girls Club, Cedars-Sinai, The Art of Elysium, MusicCares, The AIDS Foundation, Hilarity for Charity, The Masket Foundation, The Carousel Ball, Enough!, The Museum of Tolerance, Rainbow Animal Assisted Therapy & GLAAD. His work consistently bridges art and empathy, with imagery that resonates far beyond its subjects.
